The hackathon is open to anyone between the ages of 18-35. Members of a team may join online on the day of the hackathon as long as 70% of their team members are physically on campus on the two days of the hackathon. If you are outside the UAE and would like to participate, Anwar Gergash Diplomatic Academy will not cover any costs for commuting or traveling.
Yes, all ideas that fit the challenges are welcome!
Yes, but each member must register individually and mention they are part of the team.
Apart from Organizers, selected Coaches, Speakers, and press, everyone who attends the event is expected to participate all two days. This is important to minimize distractions/disruptions for working teams.
Do some research. Market research and background information will give you a better understanding of the problem you’re trying to solve.
